We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, bank transfer and all major credit cards supported by PayPal. For customers who have reached an order volume of 150 €/USD/CHF/GBP there is the possibility to pay monthly on account. The invoice is due within 8 days.
We only refund orders for undelivered projects. Late orders due to force majeure such as power outages, network outages or other technical problems are not covered.
Pixelskalpell.biz strives to provide services of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the results, we will make reasonable corrections and changes at no additional cost. Pixelskalpell.biz reserves the right not to make any changes if the error is due to poor customer communication. Changes made as part of our quality guarantee remain unaffected by Pixelskalpell.biz.
We keep backup copies of the old Done/Raw files for two months. After two months, our backup server automatically deletes the old files. If a customer needs their image files, they must notify us within these 2 months. Only then can we upload these image files again.
Pixelskalpell.biz reserves the right to use free test images for its own advertising purposes, i.e. publication on the website as a sample without the permission of the owner. However, you simply can no longer use your test images by sending an email to info@pixelskalpell.com. We may also ask for your permission to use your regular photos on our website as a work sample. But that’s entirely up to you, whether you give us permission or not.
